Shipping & Delivery

At SAVARRA Skin, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been confirmed.

  • Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use manufactory to fulfil our orders in Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time Notes
United Kingdom 5–10 business days standard courier shipping, customs clearance may apply
Europe 2–12 business days standard courier shipping
Rest of World 7–15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs

Express shipping from 1 to 4 business days, but it may take longer if the Customs clearance is needed.


Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we make every effort to meet them, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the courier’s system.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@savarraskin.com

  • We will investigate with the courier.

  • Please note that risk passes to you once the order leaves manufactory warehouse, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues if possible.
