We work with professional fulfilment facilities in Europe and the United States, allowing orders to be prepared and dispatched from an appropriate fulfilment location based on the delivery destination, product availability and order contents.

Order Processing

Delivery time consists of two stages:

Order processing/fulfilment time + shipping transit time

Most standard customer orders containing 1–20 products require approximately 2 full working days for fulfilment before dispatch.

Larger orders may require additional processing time.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays and are separate from the shipping estimates shown below.

Estimated Shipping Times

The following times are estimated shipping times after your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: approximately 4–7 working days

Express Shipping: approximately 1 working day, where available.

United States

Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 working days

Orders to the United States may be fulfilled and dispatched from our US fulfilment facility, subject to product availability and order contents.

Baltic States

Latvia: approximately 2–3 working days with Standard Shipping.

Lithuania: approximately 2–3 working days with Standard Shipping. Express Shipping may be available with an estimated transit time of approximately 1 working day.

Estonia: approximately 4 working days with Standard Shipping. Express Shipping may be available with an estimated transit time of approximately 1 working day.

Western & Central Europe

Austria: Standard approximately 4 working days | Express approximately 1 working day

Belgium: Standard approximately 4 working days | Express approximately 1 working day

Czechia: Standard approximately 5 working days | Express approximately 1 working day

Standard Shipping is not currently listed as an available option for these destinations.

Norway & Switzerland

Norway: Standard approximately 5 working days | Express approximately 3 working days

Switzerland: Standard approximately 5 working days | Express approximately 3 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated according to factors including the delivery destination, total shipment weight and selected shipping method.

Where available, Standard and Express delivery options and their applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount applicable to your order at the time it is placed.

Where Your Order Is Dispatched From

Savarra Skin works with fulfilment facilities in Europe and the United States.

The fulfilment location used for an individual order may depend on the customer’s delivery address, product availability and the products included in the order.

This means that not every order will necessarily be dispatched from the same location.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is provided for the selected delivery service, tracking details will be supplied after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to register and update your shipment after dispatch.

Important Information About Delivery Estimates

All delivery times displayed on this page are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our direct control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs procedures, local delivery disruptions or unusually high shipping volumes.

Working days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please also remember that the shipping times shown above begin after fulfilment and dispatch.

For example, an order requiring approximately 2 working days for processing followed by an estimated 4–7 working days of Standard Shipping should not be interpreted as a guaranteed 4–7 working day delivery from the date the order was placed.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders delivered across international borders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges apply and are not already collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

Savarra Skin does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first, where available.
