Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@savarraskin.com, Include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Please Note

To help us process refunds and replacements efficiently, we may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable evidence of the issue with your order. If you are unable to provide such evidence, this may delay or, in some cases, prevent us from being able to verify your claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products. Proof of the unopened items and photos will be requested.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please note that we offer free return shipping for eligible returns. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that items are returned safely. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or go missing in transit when being returned.

A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns made due to change of mind. No restocking fees will be charged for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used all hair and skin care products.

More than 30 days after delivery.
